Joy Greer Scott, MD, CMD
Dr. Joy Scott graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science. She went on to the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, A.B. Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky and obtained her Medical Doctorate in 2002.
Dr. Scott further specialized in Internal Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Kentucky, Accelerated Internal Medicine Resident in 2004.
Dr. Joy Scott is Board Certified with the American Board for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. She is licensed Medical Doctor in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and has held previous employment with the Department of Veterans Affairs and currently Medical Director for Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center.
Jacklyn Travis, MSN, APRN FNP-C
Jacklyn Travis graduated with an Associates in Nursing, LPN in 2002. She furthered her education by obtaining her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing, RN in 2009 and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012 from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mrs. Travis’s love for the medical field drew her to pursue two Masters degrees. She obtained a Masters in the Science of Nursing, Nurse Executive obtained in 2014 and Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Jacklyn has had previous positions with MD2U, Norton Healthcare, Saint Joseph Healthcare, and Skilled Long-Term Nursing Care.
Jacklyn Travis is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received a DAISY Award nomination for Extraordinary Nurses in 2013, which is a very rare award nominated by a patient for providing extraordinary care. Mrs. Jacklyn Travis is currently employed with Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center.
